COVID-19 Borough Hall Closure

Please understand the Borough is acting in an abundance of caution to protect our employees and the public from transmission of the COVID-19 virus.

As such, effective Monday March 16, 2020 public access to all public buildings will be closed until at least March 27 in an effort to prevent social contact and potential transmission of the virus. Borough Hall, Department of Public Works (including Recreation and Construction) will all remain closed to public access. The borough buildings, other than the library, will remain staffed and contact can be made with Borough Officials via telephone and /or email.

The lobby at Borough Hall will be utilized for those members of the public requiring Court, Tax, Water, Sewer and Garbage payments. The option for online tax and utility payments is available here. Marriage licenses, animal licensing, etc. will be available in the lobby as well.

Construction Department and Recreation paperwork will be made available in the vestibule of the Department of Public Works building.

Anyone needing to file police reports or in need of police assistance can utilize the intercom system at Police Headquarters. The police dispatcher can be contacted there as well. As always, 9-1-1 should be called in the case of a true emergency.

Municipal Court Sessions have been cancelled through March 27th.
