New Vitality Summer Programs

New Vitality is Atlantic Health System’s unique health and wellness program tailored
to meet the needs of today’s adults 65 and older. At Atlantic Health System, our vision
is to improve lives and empower communities through health, hope and healing.

New Vitality Summer programs are on!

To protect the health and safety of our community, all programs and exercise classes will be held virtually this summer.

Pre-registration will be required in order to receive a

meeting ID# and password to join the class.

In-person registration is not possible at this time, so please mail in your registration form as soon as possible!

We do miss seeing everyone and hope you are continuing to stay safe and connected with family and friends!

Aquacise Minus H2O!

Fridays, July 31 to September 25 (no class Sept. 4)

1:30 to 2:15pm

$40 for all eight weeks

A creative class incorporating virtual water fitness movements and range of motion exercises without water! Can be done in a chair or standing. Water bottle weights,

towel and a noodle recommended but not required.

Arthritis Support Group – Meeting Virtually

You are invited to a virtual meeting for the Arthritis Support Group. This monthly support group is for those living with any form of arthritis. Virtual meetings are held via Zoom the fourth Tuesday of each month at 10:30am until further notice. Please call 844-472-8499 for information.

Virtual “Walk with a Doc” Events

Saturdays at 9:00am

With many in-person Walk with a Doc events around the world being postponed, the team has decided to start hosting virtual WWAD events so that you can remain active and social connected, even during a period of physical distancing. There are several options for viewing, so click here for all the details.

During this time of social distancing, TransOptions is reaching out online. They have created a series of short (about 7 minutes) “Lunch and Learn” pedestrian, driving and biking safety programs for you to watch on their YouTube channel. Click here to open.

Chair Yoga

Come and learn the many ways to use a chair to help open, align, stretch and strengthen your body. Chair Yoga is a gentle practice and relaxing in part because of the heavy emphasis on breathing techniques and relaxation. Call 1-844-472-8499 for registration information.
