Billing
Utility bills are due on:
- January 15th
- April 15th
- July 15th
- October 15th
** All utility due dates have a 30-day grace period after which interest will be charged back to the due date. Post marks are not accepted.
Garbage and Sewer bills are mailed at the end of each year and contain 4 stubs on the bottom for the 4 quarters of the following year. Water bills are based on usage, they are mailed out quarterly.
Delivery of bills
Similar to taxes, failure to receive a utility bill does not relieve the homeowner from paying utilities or delinquent interest.
New Homeowners
When there is a change of ownership, the utility bill is to be forwarded from the previous owner to the new owner. If you are a new homeowner and have not received a tax or utility bill, please contact the tax/utility department.
