The Borough of Mount Arlington is excited to announce the launch of TextMyGov services as another convenient way for residents, employees and visitors to communicate with the borough. This smart texting solutions works with regular SMS texting, so no app or download needed. TextMyGov uses a mobile phone’s regular messaging service as a simple way for the town interact with the public and for citizens to relay information to town staff.
Citizens will be able to obtain information on zoning and building permits, and easily report code violation, public works issues like potholes, road damages and more. The town will be able to engage citizens, start a workflow, and ask specific guided questions regarding location, address, street name, etc.
